Pia Oyarzún

Wow – just wow! I would rate this as one of my top five experiences (not just dive experiences) in my whole life!! Pia was knowledgeable, experienced, thoughtful and an absolute dive MASTER. She made myself and my family feel completely comfortable in the (for many) vulnerable situation of entering and exploring the alien world of the deep sea. 

A buddy and I took a sunrise dive with Pia at the Heineken Wall and Ray of Hope Wreck sites. Both were amazing and memorable with both abundant sea life of all kinds as well as the wrecks. Pia and the boat captain very friendly, attentive, and efficient at getting us into the water and ensuring that we were able to see as much as possible. The pictures and video she took for us were also great quality. 

Pia is amazing! Hard working, passionate and dedicated. She’s takes her experience and knows how to translate that into creative art. Anyone working with her would be satisfied. She may even exceed expectations. Definitely work with her!

Pia is absolutely the person you want with you to go scuba diving, snorkeling or to capture some truly amazing underwater photos! I had never gone diving before but she will make you feel comfortable and most importantly, safe. The excursions are fun whether you dive or snorkel- and she is knowledgeable about the area and locations and her photos will be the ultimate souvenir and memory!

My family and I had the wonderful opportunity to dive with Pia during the first week of May. She was hired as an underwater photographer but was immediately noticeable as the hardest working person on the boat. Her energy, personality and passion for scuba diving and nature were contagious. She provided our family with amazing, wonderful, once in a lifetime pictures that we will cherish forever. Thanks Pia 😎❤️

I’m very glad I chose to go with Made in Water Excursions for my first dive in the Bahamas. Not having dived for some time, I was looking forward to getting back into the water but a little apprehensive too. Pia made me feel right at home, even giving me the chance to do a little refresher practice before diving itself.  When in the Bahamas, dive with Pia! 🙂

Pia is jus awesome guys I give her 10/10! I went to scubadiving for the first time in my life. I am loving it now. She showed us so beautiful and impressive views. We saw plenty of fish’s, sharks, stingrays, an old shipwreck, a reef…. She also took amazing under water pictures and videos with NO extra charge or fees. Thankyou again for the amazing experience!

As a professional Pia is an excellent instructor and photographer. In addition she is so much fun to be around, she is always smiling and has a very cheerful disposition. She taught me all the basics of scuba diving and made me fall in love with it. Not to mention she has an amazing ability to capture all those amazing moments! I would highly recommend her for any experience!

Pia is a wonderful diving instructor and under water photographer. She took the coolest photos of my two sons of 12 and 9 years old and myself both in a pool and in the ocean. She is particularly good with children and get them to relax when diving. Highly recommended and next time we go to the Bahamas we will get our diving certificates with her.

Creating underwater photos with Pia was such a fun and exhilarating experience. I never believed I would get good photos however I have been thrilled by the results every time. Pia is professional and so full of energy it encourages you to step out of your comfort zone. The photos Pia has taken of me I will cherish for a lifetime.

The best attention! The instructor is super professional and makes the experience sooo fun, safe and you learn a lot! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!
